nice tool. as a suggestion can you please add a feature for the secondary structure prediction in which we can see it with one letter code please. I always make a consensus view of the SS and its useful to have another prediction. thank you and keep it !

Note the extra "//%20".

There is no zoom panel in "Effect of Point Mutations", Why?

My  protein is more than 1000AA, but the result only showed the first 450AA. No zoom panel or frame can be found in the page of result. Why?

how to understand the score in the Effect of point mutations ?

Hello ,professor ,I am a postgraduate from china .Thank you for your contributions to the PredictProtein.It is very convenient to use your website and i think it will help me a lot in my research .After getting the results ,i am confused about the score in the effect of point mutations.how to understand the neutral or no effect? Does it mean that if we mutate the wild amino acid  to the <-50 amino acid ,there will be no or less effect on the protein?besides this ,if  i want to do research on the mutation of a protein ,shoud i choose the dark red amino acid ? This question may be simple ,but i look forward to your certain answer . sorry to bother you .

How can I get the "complete" set of PredictProtein data for a large set of proteins? (Hundreds..).

(I want to get multiple predicted properties, not just those from the (limited) packages available for download).
