multiple substitutions

Thanks for using PredictProtein! Do you mean multiple sequence submissions at once? If not, I'll contact one of our researchers for an answer to that. if yes, then, no, only one sequence may be submitted to our service at one time due to resource limitation on our end. We want to make sure there enough compute resources for all of our users simultaneously so that there is as little waiting as possible.

Regarding raw text results - there is a way to do this. On the "Dashboard", click "Export", and then "Download All Data Files" (see attached image)
