The time needed for submission results depends on several factors. In general, results will be provided immediately if they are already in our database. Otherwise, your sequence submission is put in a cluster queue, with results being computed once resources on our cluster are available. Computation can take anywhere between a minimum of 40 minutes to several hours; usually depending on the length of the submitted sequence and information discovered leading to additional processing.
I can view the html results (I submitted over 15 hours ago) but not the visual results (there has been a loading screen since I submitted). Why might this be, and what can I do about it? Thanks!
Thanks for contacting us! The problem seems to be some incomplete result data that is preventing the web page from loading. I'm re-running your submission now, in order to trace the problem, and hopefully, get valid results. I'll contact you via e-mail once the sumbission is finished processing.
As for anyone else that sees an infinity-symbol, that seems to be displaying for, well, infinity, it could be that the there is a problem with the result data. If you notice this, please contact our support, and we'll gladly look in to the issue.
